Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, website development, and advertising services, Digi Promotion Solutions does not guarantee refunds for services once work has commenced or been completed. We invest time, expertise, and resources from the very beginning of each project, which are non-recoverable.
Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the extra payment after verification.
Non-Commencement of Service: If you cancel the service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please inform us within 3 days of payment.
Service Not Delivered: In rare cases, if a service has not been delivered as agreed upon and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be considered after internal review.
If work has already been started or delivered (even partially).
If project delays are due to incomplete information or lack of communication from the client.
For digital advertising or SEO services already executed or delivered.
If the dissatisfaction is based on personal preferences after proper delivery of services as per agreement.
Clients may request cancellation by writing to us at info@digipromotionsolutions.com. Cancellations made within 3 business days of the order and before project initiation may be eligible for a refund (subject to administrative fees). No cancellations will be accepted once the project or campaign is underway.
